A born and raised local administration expert, Tenille is highly organised and professional. Tenille brings over 13 years of broad knowledge and experience in Office Administration, Executive and Personal assistant duties, Marketing and Social Media Management.

As Personal Assistant to Adam Randell ‘Agent of The Year – Mount Warren Park 2020’, Tenille ensures Adam’s client database is up to date with buyer and client enquiries, following up at the right time to ensure all processes are in place for a seamless buying process.

Tenille is a positive, cheerful person with a strong work ethic, which makes this the perfect front-face for assisting Adam Randell and his clients. Tenille understands the significant financial and emotional cost of buying a home, having purchased her first home, together with her husband, in 2013. The couple spent years working multiple jobs to save their house deposit. They are now renovating their home and celebrating each time they complete another milestone in the project.

When she is not working, Tenille enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young daughter and catching up with friends and family.
