1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion begins on 1 October 2025 and continues on a quarterly basis. The first prize draw will be conducted during the week commencing 15 January 2026. Each promotional period ends at 11:59 PM AEST on the final day of each quarter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must complete and submit the LJ Hooker Beenleigh lead form via Facebook or Instagram during the promotional period. All form fields must be completed, including a valid property address. Incomplete, blank, or invalid submissions will be disqualified.
5. Prize Details
Each quarterly prize draw consists of one (1) AUD $250 Amazon eGift Card. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Draw & Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the quarter. The draw will be conducted at the LJ Hooker Beenleigh office within 7 business days of the promotional period ending. If the selected winner cannot be reached due to incorrect or unreachable contact details, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
7. Notification of Winner
Winners will be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided on the lead form within 5 business days of the draw. The winner’s initials and postcode may be published on LJ Hooker Beenleigh’s official social media accounts.
8. Privacy
By entering, individuals consent to their contact details being used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting them regarding real estate services. To all current and active landlords of LJ Hooker Beenleigh
3. Promotional Period
The promotion begins on 07/01/2026 and continues until 31/06/2026. Dates are subject to change at the discretion of LJ Hooker Beenleigh. To be eligible for the discount to apply, a property must be transferred or rented with LJ Hooker Beenleigh prior to 31/05/2026. Subject to change at LJ Hooker Beenleigh’s discretion
Current landlords must enter into a management agreement with LJ Hooker Beenleigh in the qualifying period and actively have their property managed by our property management team. Please give Chris Guy – BDM a call on 0435 337 212 to discuss
5. What you will receive
Current landlords will receive 25% off the management fees for a period of 12 consecutive months (based on our new 2026 property management fees and charges) for every property that they bring over to LJ Hooker Beenleigh in the Qualifying period. Should any current landlord refer and family member or friend directly us for their property management services they will also receive a 25% discount on their property management fees per property for period of 12 consecutive months (based on our new 2026 property management package fees and charges) The referred client will also receive 25% discount on their property management fees for a period of 12 consecutive months. (based on our 2026 property management package fees and charges) At the end of the promotion period the fees and charges will return to the standard 2026 Property Management Package Fees and Charges listed below.

Should a landlord choose to cancel their agreement with LJ hooker Beenleigh at any point during the discounted period they will incur a File Closure Fee. (not applicable if property is to be sold by LJ Hooker Beenleigh)

LJ Hooker Beenleigh 2026 Property Management Package Fees and Charges
Letting Fee – 2.2 weeks rent
Management Fee – 7.68% of all rent collected
Releasing fee – 55% of one week’s rent
Monthly Technology Fee - $7.68
File Closure fee - $328.90
Tribunal Lodgement Fee – at cost
Court attendance fee - $178.50 per hour 4 hour minimum
End of year statement fee - $25
