Terms & Conditions - Kapil Thakur - Fuel Voucher Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the Fuel Voucher Giveaway (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility:

• Entry is only open to Property Owners over the age of 18 years. Employees (and their immediate families) of the LJ Hooker Beenleigh and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

2. Entry Period:

• Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDST on 08/04/2024 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 03/06/2024. Promotional periods are collectively referred to herein as “Promotional Period”.

3. How to Enter:

• To receive one (1) entry into the draw, individuals must complete the following entry method during the applicable Promotional Period:
  Online: visit https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=_TSziZrHN02khwRG6M9bddz7t1FInzpBlCl-dhLt7V9UQTVJTkNYOE45REswQlgxNFVLQTJRRTlDNC4u or scan the promotional QR code, follow the prompts, input the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, Property address & a valid email address), and submit the fully completed entry form so that it is received during the applicable Promotional Period;
  A representative of LJ Hooker Beenleigh will be in contact the property owner to arrange a virtual/onsite appraisal. The appraisal must be conducted during the promotional period to obtain an entry.

   

4. Prize:

• There will be two (2) prizes, each consisting of a $100 fuel voucher.
  The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  No cash alternative to the Prize will be offered.

5. Winner Selection:

• Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
  The winners will be notified via [email/phone] within 7 days of the end of the Entry Period.
  If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the winners and pick replacement winners.

6. Publicity:

• By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any promotional material related to the Promotion.
  
  

7. Privacy:

• Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant's prior consent.
  
  

8. General Conditions:

• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions without notice.
  Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to indemnify us against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from their participation in the Promotion or their receipt or use of the Prize.

9. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland Australia.

By participating in the Promotion, participants indicate their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to residents in the South-East QLD region

3. To enter, the entrant must during the Promotional Period complete the following steps: Complete colouring-in page & physically hand into our office and/or email a copy to reception@ljhbeenleigh.com.au, provide full name, age, email, mobile & property address.

4. Judging Criteria: Judges will be looking for colourful, neat, eye-catching submissions in 2 age groups: Under 6, & 7-10 years.

5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.

6. Promotion opens at 8am on Friday 1 March 2024 and final entries close at 3pm Wednesday 27 March 2024 (“Promotional Period”). All times are AEST.

7. The draw will take place on Wednesday 27 March after 3pm and winner will be announced via social media. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Within two (2) business days of the draw, the winner/s will be notified in writing with instructions on how to claim their prize.

10. The 2 valid entries selected (1 per age group), from all valid entries received, will win the major prize of: • Easter hamper valued at over $50 each

11. All entries to our Easter 2024 Colouring competition agree to enter into LJ Hooker database and get marketing updates via email, post and/or phone.

12. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take or claim a prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
